I've never sat in a pure marketing role. Every company I've joined, I've ended up owning full go-to-market because that's where the real problems are, and that's where I can actually move the needle. Top of funnel to retention. How we get them, how we close them, how we keep them.

I've walked into broken CRMs, stalled pipelines, and marketing and sales teams that weren't talking. Each time, I've built or rebuilt the infrastructure. CRM buildouts. Nurture sequences. Outbound cadences. Sales enablement. Brand positioning. SEO foundations. All of it. Each time revenue started moving.

However, I began noticing a pattern. I walk into organizations, find a ceiling, build past it as long as I can - until the organization stops moving, and I don't.

That pattern was the wake-up call. This is what I do. I should be doing it for the companies that need me the most. Hey Jano is the result.

THE NAME


Hey Jano is named after my mother Jane. Her nickname was Jano. She passed away suddenly in June 2025. She was my loudest supporter. Every time I second-guessed myself, she didn't. Her name is in this business because she belongs here.
